Implement the regular teacher’s lesson plans to ensure consistency and student understanding. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a disciplined, orderly environment. Assign and explain classwork and homework according to lesson plans. Evaluate and record student progress, compiling reports for the returning teacher. Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture that supports learning. Ensure student safety and security at all times. Oversee students outside the classroom, including hallways and cafeteria, as needed. Collect and return instructional materials to the school office at the start and end of the day.
