Probationary PositionThe successful candidate will:Utilize diagnostic assessments to inform instruction and personalize learning for each student Provide high-quality reading instruction, including phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension strategies Collect, analyze, and interpret student performance data to guide instructional planning and decision-making Use data to identify student learning gaps, set goals, and develop targeted interventions Regularly assess and monitor student progress using formative and summative assessments Design and implement PBL activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving and collaboration Collaborate with colleagues, parents and administrators to support student learning and development
