Probationary PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Implementing the Multi-Tiered System of Supports for framework to identify students in need of literacy interventions and providing appropriate supportConducting regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordinglyCollaborating with classroom teachers, special education staff, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention plansProviding small-group and one-on-one instruction to students based on their individual needs and learning stylesUtilizing evidence-based instructional practices and interventions to improve students' reading fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary skillsMaintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with parents/guardians and other stakeholdersCollaborating with teachers to co-plan and co-teach literacy lessons, incorporating research-based instructional strategies and interventions
