Knowledge of locksmith work a plus but not required.RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares and paints or varnishes interior or exterior building surfacesRepairs, cleans, and assists in the installation of plumbing, heating, refrigeration, and sewer equipment and machinery; cuts and threads pipes, reset sanitary fixtures, and makes minor repairs to pipe lines as required.Operates a variety of hand and power tools in construction, remodeling, or repairing doors, window frames, floors, cabinets, etc.Inspects, repairs, and installs electrical equipment, fixtures and wiring.Keeps tools, equipment, and work area clean and in good condition.
