The Fulton City School District (FCSD) is looking for one full time Psychologist Intern for the 2023-2024 school year. Essential Job Functions:Work directly with students and staff members from grades K-12. Complete initial and reevaluation comprehensive assessments and reports. Be an active member of the building-level Student Support Team and Intervention Team to develop and monitor the effectiveness of function-based academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions and plans for support. Collaborate with students and staff to develop Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans. Participate in CSE, Section 504, and CPSE meetings. Consult with classroom teachers, support staff, and families. Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Problem-Solving Team (PST) meetings to promote the success of FCSD students. The FCSD Psychologist Intern will have the opportunity to work with special education classrooms that include 6:1+1, 12:1+1, 12:1+4, and Consultant Teacher classrooms (as well as general education settings).
