We are a small special education school located in Piermont, NY. We are currently looking to hire for a part time, administrative assistant that will be responsible for billing, data-entry and payroll. Hours are 9-2, 4 days per week, for a total of 20 hours weekly. Responsibilities include checking billing paperwork for accuracy, following up with providers to correct errors, and inputting billing into online database, updating and entering payroll. Follow up with invoice and payments required. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally. Training will be provided.
