Ability to consult with teachers during instructional planning to integrate appropriate library resources, media, and technology into daily lessons to develop information literacy skills. Experience in creating student-centered lessons and engaging curricula that challenge and inspire student growth. Proficiency in serving as an instructional coach for educators with diverse teaching styles, experience, and subject areas. Expertise in research methodology, proper citation, and contemporary academic research strategies. Advanced skills in differentiating instruction to personalize learning for diverse student needs and in modeling instruction for all learners. Established understanding of authentic assessment, data-driven instruction, and methods for evaluating evidence of deeper learning. Ability to evaluate, acquire, and promote resources to meet the learning needs of all students. Proficiency in managing daily operations of a 21st-century learning commons, including maintaining an inviting environment with flexible seating and innovative spaces. Experience in managing data systems for ordering, circulation, and instructional resource management.
