The Farmingdale School District is looking for an enthusiastic, highly qualified Elementary Orchestra Teacher to lead our young musicians. This role focuses on providing engaging instrumental lessons, conducting ensemble rehearsals, and preparing students for seasonal school concerts. Key Responsibilities Conduct small-group instrumental lessons and full orchestra rehearsals. Select appropriate performance repertoire and prepare students for concert material. Create an inclusive, encouraging environment that inspires a lifelong love for music. Qualifications & Application Relevant New York State teaching certification in Music required.
