FRANKLIN CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICTDLI (Delaware Literary Institute) was founded in 1835 as a private school located on the school's present site. In 1930, DLI became a central school district known as Delaware Literary Institute and Franklin Central School. In 1983, Franklin was placed on the register of National Historic Places. The district currently serves students in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. JOB DETAILSThe Franklin Central School District is seeking an exceptional candidate to serve as building principal with a student-centered philosophy and a proven record of demonstrated instructional excellence as a teacher and/or administrator. A diverse skill set is required and should include experience in instructional leadership, teacher evaluation, Next Generation Learning Standards, data driven instruction, RTI/MTSS, special education, professional development, and personnel and student management. Candidates must have strong organizational skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all school and community stakeholders. NYS Administrative Certification is required (SDA, SDL, SBL, SAS). Salary and Benefits: The District will offer a competitive salary and benefits package based on candidate experience. The salary range will be at or around $85,000 - $98,000.
