The Floral Park-Bellerose School District, a Pre-K through Grade 6 elementary district in western Nassau County has openings for unarmed security aide positions. The prospective employee must be prepared to work at either school as needed. Responsibilities (when called in): Visitor management and screening Monitoring hallways Conducting tours of buildings and designated areas to ensure they are properly secured Preventing unauthorized individuals from entering the premises Ensuring the safety of all people on school grounds Hours: Monday through Friday 12:15 PM – 6:15 PM.
