The Board of Education of the Fonda-Fultonville Central School District announces a vacancy for the position of School Business Manager. Responsible for the leadership, management and coordination of the school business office operations including, purchasing, budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, etc. This is a 12-month position and will be a *provisional position (*until passing the required civil service exam) and must meet the following minimum qualifications: Either:A. Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree including or supplemented by 24 semester credit hours in accounting, business education, or business administration; or B. Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college with an Associate’s Degree in accounting, business administration, or closely related field and two years of experience in business office functions, including accounting, budgeting and/or treasurer experience; or C. Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and four years of experience in business office functions, including accounting, budgeting and/or treasurer experience; or D. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of A and B above. Salary is based on experience, with the minimum starting salary of $85,000.00.
