The Fort Edward UFSD is currently seeking candidates to fill a vacant Full Time Bus Driver Position. This position works a 10-Month School Schedule.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a bus or other school vehicle according to scheduled routes and timeframes.Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit.Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle.Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.RequirementsValid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving (P and S Endorsement).Experience in school bus driving is highly desirable.Previous experience working with children or in childcare settings is preferred.PayThis job pays $32,500/school year while school is in session.Additional driving opportunities are available at $28/hr. after normal work hours.
