Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, student-centered Elementary Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate fosters a positive classroom environment, delivers engaging instruction, and supports the academic and social-emotional growth of all students while working collaboratively with colleagues. This is a four-year probationary (tenure-track) position. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with state standards Implement district-adopted curriculum with fidelity while supporting vertical alignment across grade levels Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Utilize assessment data to guide instruction and monitor student progress Collaborate with colleagues through team planning Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs Support students’ social-emotional development and positive behavior Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Elementary Education Strong classroom management and instructional skills Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and best instructional practices Preferred experience or background in literacy instruction Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to equity and meeting the needs of all learners Salary and Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience per contract Comprehensive benefits package
