The Literacy Coach will play a key role in supporting and enhancing literacy instruction across grade levels, focusing on growing instructional practice and improving student learning. Required Qualifications:? Prior experience as a Literacy Coach? Previous experience coaching teachers in implementing the Units of Study within the reading and writing workshop model? New York State English 7-12, Reading, or Literacy certification Key Responsibilities and Preferred Skills:? Ability to disaggregate data to inform instruction and maximize differentiated student learning?
