Assistant School Transportation Supervisor Needed - The East Syracuse Minoa Central School District is seeking a qualified candidate for the Assistant School Transportation Supervisor position in the District’s Transportation Department. This is a supervisory position that assists with the safe and efficient operation of buses in a school transportation system comprising approximately 60 buses and seven school buildings. The work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Safety, Operations and Employee Accountability at Transportation, allowing leeway for independent judgment. The successful candidate will be student-focused, organized and have excellent communication skills, and will have an appropriate CDL license. Minimum of three years of transportation and/or logistical experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in computerized bus routing systems. Knowledge of State and Federal Laws governing school bus transportation is essential. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
