Director of Safety, Operations and Employee Accountability at Transportation Needed - The Director of Safety, Operations and Employee Accountability at Transportation is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of ESM’s comprehensive school transportation program. The successful candidate will provide a high degree of professional management to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of ESM students. The position will have a big-picture strategic focus, with responsibility for transportation safety education and expectations, communications, supervision, operations and management, human resources, budget, and technology. NYS School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) Certification required, 5 years of administrative experience preferred. Available 5/15/2023.
