POSITION: Administrative Coordinator for Student Success and Wellness Programs (FT, 12-month) Eastern Suffolk BOCES is seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to support regional student and community wellness initiatives and instructional programs across component school districts. This role coordinates program implementation, logistics, and communication, with a particular focus on Juul Settlement funded vaping cessation, partnerships with regional hospitals to expand access to student mental health and wellness supports, Regional Summer School, the development and implementation of a regional dual enrollment program, and other student support services. As a newly created position, responsibilities will be developed and assumed over time to support the effective implementation of these regional initiatives. ASSIGNMENT: Department of Educational Support Services / ISCS LOCATION: Holtsville, New York QUALIFICATIONS: New York State SDA/SDL Certification required Dual certification: New York State SDA/SDL and School Counselor Certification preferred 1 – 3 years of administrative experience Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Experience working with school districts and/or community partners preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate daily operations of regional student success, wellness, and instructional programs Plan and manage program logistics, including staffing, scheduling, materials, technology, and communication with participating districts Collaborate with component districts, regional hospital partners, higher education institutions, and consultants to implement and support student wellness initiatives and a regional dual enrollment program Support program budgets, grant compliance, and reporting requirements Develop and distribute program communications and materials to promote awareness, participation, and engagement Collect and analyze program data and stakeholder feedback to guide continuous improvement and measure program outcomes START DATE: May 21, 2026 SALARY: $135,461.00 Studies show that women and members of some groups are more likely to underestimate their qualifications for a position.
