POSITION: Program Administrator (FT)ESBOCES is looking for an experienced leader who values diversity, equity and inclusion, and who has experience navigating multiple constituents, agencies and audiences to run successful programming. This position reports directly to the District Superintendent and serves as a leader within the agency and the region to support and advocate for underrepresented students and families.ASSIGNMENT: Family Education Outreach Program (FEOP) BUILDING: Roanoke House, Riverhead, NYQUALIFICATIONS:NYS SDA/SDL CertificationBilingual Spanish Speaker preferredExperience in the administration, supervision, and coordination of social, educational, and community services in a public or private agency; grant writing, budget development, and project managementComprehensive knowledge of the state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to Title I Part C, Education of Agricultural Migratory students, English Language Learners, as well as special education and general education studentsWide-ranging knowledge of programs and services which help raise student achievement for English Language Learners, economically disadvantaged students, as well as general and special education studentsKnowledge of scientifically-based research and programs in the area of literacy and numeracyExcellent writing, interpersonal skills, and experience working in a collaborative environmentExperience and competence in the use and interpretation of dataDemonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentRESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership, direction, and general supervision of all aspects of the Family Outreach ProgramSTART DATE: September 19, 2024 SALARY: $152,225.00
