The East Ramapo Central School District is seeking a motivated and student-athlete centered individual to assist in leading our Boys’ Tennis Program. An ideal candidate will have experience coaching tennis, value long-term athletic development, understand the importance of an integrated strength and conditioning program, have the ability to assist the Head Varsity Boys’ Tennis Coach, and coordinate with strength and conditioning coaches, as well as coaches at the JV and Modified levels. In addition to promoting a culture of respect and dignity, and assisting the Varsity Boys’ Tennis Head Coach, the Varsity Boys’ Tennis Assistant Coach will implement skill progressions, sequenced drills and activities, and inform appropriate levels of play and competition. The candidate must meet all New York State coaching licensure requirements by the start of the season.
