The East Meadow School District is seeking an outstanding educational leader for the position of Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance. The role of the Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance is to assist the Superintendent of Schools in the administration of the school budget, and related business affairs, in a manner that optimizes student educational services with available financial resources. This position requires extensive experience in the areas of strategic planning, budget management and the administration of district services including accounts payable/receivable, employee benefits, facilities, payroll, registration, school lunch and transportation.A valid New York State certification as a School District Business Leader (SDBL) or School Business Administrator (SBA) is required.Qualified candidates can submit their resume, letter of interest and proof of certification through OLAS.
