The East Meadow School District is seeking candidates who possess New York State certification in Music Education for an anticipated choral/vocal/general music position serving K-8 students for the 2024/2025 school year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, choral and classroom music with focus in singing, movement, rhythmic and melodic instruments, recorder, and ukulele. Qualities required include departmental, building, district-wide collaborations and excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates can submit their resume, letter of interest and proof of certification through OLAS.*Position is contingent upon passage of the school budget.
