(Must have Class B and S&P Licensing.) The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students/passengers to their designated locations while ensuring a positive and secure environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage behavior effectively while on the road. DutiesSafely operate a school bus or paratransit vehicle according to established routes and schedulesConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsCommunicate effectively with passengers, parents, and school officials regarding schedules, delays, or any issues that arise during tripsManage student behavior on the bus to ensure safetyProvide assistance to students with disabilities as neededComplete required paperwork accurately, including incident reports and daily logs.
