East Greenbush CSD is accepting applications for a part time .65 FTE Career Readiness Teacher. Candidates for this position must possess valid NYS Elementary 1-6 Certification and will preferably have experience. Introduction to Career Readiness is designed to begin to equip our 6th grade students with essential professional skills, focusing on organization, critical thinking, and teamwork. Through a variety of resources and experiences, students will spend 10 weeks exploring various college and/or career pathways to help deepen their understanding of future opportunities. Students will also explore digital citizenship and character education, learning the fundamentals of internet safety.Qualified candidates must apply to OLAS and submit a complete application. Upload to OLAS should include a cover letter, updated resume, transcripts, three letters of reference and a copy of certification. In addition, the District requires you to fill out the EGCSD Instructional Application (found on the district website www.egcsd.org).
