East Greenbush CSD is accepting applications for a Human Resources Generalist.Minimum qualifications include: Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State college or university with a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business and one (1) year of full time paid human resources experience in a professional office setting; OR Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of full-time paid human resources experience in a professional office setting. Applicants need good knowledge of human resources management, principles and practices; working knowledge of public education personnel administration; ability to maintain strict confidentiality; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; strong interpersonal skills; strong organization and communication skills; excellent attention to detail; good judgement, tact and courtesy.
