POSITION: Special Education Teacher (1.0 FTE) LOCATION(S): CTI DUTIES: Perform related teaching duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: Students with Disabilities 5 – 9 extension preferred. Candidates with dual certification in General /Special Education grades 7 – 12 encouraged to apply. Teaching Adaptive Daily Living Skills, include teaching content areas: English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Secondary Teacher – with experience in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavior management, a background in social/emotion and cognitive teaching. The work includes the use of evidence-based assessment and intervention practices in the prevention, assessment, intervention and program design efforts that are integrated within the school.
