Duanesburg Elementary School is seeking a candidate for a full year, tenure track position, in a tightly-knit, small, rural district. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred but not required. Certification in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6). Experience desired - 1 year classroom, or long term sub.Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work flexibly within teams of general education, special education and RtI teachers; respond to individual needs of students by analyzing classroom performance and available assessment data; utilize current best practices in instruction across curriculum areas, as well as communicating clearly with students, families, and staff.Qualified, interested candidates should submit their job specific cover letter, resume, transcript, and other supporting documentation via OLAS.
