Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational environment. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in classroom settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly preferred. Knowledge of special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and curriculum development is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Experience in classroom management and lesson support for early childhood education programs. A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth through engaging activities.
