Occupational Therapist leave replacement position to carry out full time responsibilities to cover maternity leave approximately mid-October through mid-January. Responsibilities include:-Providing direct treatment/interventions as per student IEP mandates-Participate in scheduled CSE, 504 or RTI meetings for students on caseload-Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely (e.g daily session notes, quarterly progress notes, annual reviews, etc.) required to monitor student progress and necessary paperwork for Medicaid.- Collaborate with related service providers and classroom staff as needed to provide positive treatment outcomes.Professional requirements include:Bachelors/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy New York OT license OT experience in a school based setting preferred
