The Dobbs Ferry School District has a vacancy for an Art Teacher at Springhurst Elementary School, effective August 28, 2024. This is a full time, probationary, tenure track position. Seeking an arts educator who is passionate about working with children and enthusiastic about collaborating with colleagues to further develop curriculum and pedagogy. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering an interest in and the ability for creative expression; will plan and present art displays and exhibitions to display student work for the school and community, and differentiate instruction for all students. Requirements: NYSED Certification Art K-12.Compensation: Commensurate with experience and on par with the Dobbs Ferry United Teachers salary schedule.
