The Dobbs Ferry School District is seeking applications for anticipated positions as Special Education Teacher Aides serving students with disabilities in grades K-12.Description: Teacher Aides are civil service positions. Availability: January 2023Compensation: Terms of employment are in accordance with the Dobbs Ferry UFSD Clerical Teacher Aide/Teaching Assistants Unit. Annual Salary Range: $22,806 - $27,567. Additional stipend for toileting duties up to $3,800. Amounts prorated based on start date. Qualifications/Requirements: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma; classroom experience; working with children. Essential Duties: These positions require working on a 1-to-1 basis with a student with special needs or multiple students, including providing hygiene needs for students with IEP or 504 plan.
