TITLE: Nurse Assistant Teacher for Career and Technical Education LOCATION: Robert W. Harrold Campus, Sidney Center, NY REPORTS: Principal TERMS: Full-time; 10 months QUALIFICATIONS: Certified or eligible to receive New York State teacher certification in Practical Nursing 7-12. To be eligible for teacher certification, candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience with classroom and teaching experience a plus. Bachelors of Science in Nursing recommended. Recent professional patient care experience and valid RN license required. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Selected candidate will be responsible for delivery of instruction in a classroom and lab setting, as well as providing experience for students in clinical rotations. Collaborate with CTE staff, school districts and industry partners. SALARY/BENEFITS: Competitive pay and benefits based on BOCES Teachers’ Association (BTA) contract.
