TITLE:Career CounselorLOCATION:Harrold Campus, Sidney Center NYPole Campus, Norwich NYREPORTS:Principal TERMS:Full-time, 10 months QUALIFICATIONS:Certified as a School Counselor or eligible to be certified as a School Counselor RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:To promote student success, provide preventive services and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic, career and personal/social development for all students. Consult and collaborate effectively with parents/guardians, teachers, Work Based Learning Coordinator, administrators, and other educational/community resources regarding student success. SALARY/BENEFITS:Starting salary $55,243 - $79,266 per year. Competitive pay and benefits based on BOCES Teachers’ Association (BTA) contract.
