POSITION: Elementary TeacherLong Term Substitute QUALIFICATIONS: New York State certified in Grades 1-6, or Special Education required; familiarity with current research, methodology and learning standards in special education. Previous background/ experience working with disabled children is desirable.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are examples of typical duties associated with the position; but the list is not all inclusive, and other duties appropriate to the position may also be assigned.1.
