Position: School Psychologist – Junior/Senior High School Location: Cato-Meridian Central School District (Grades 7–12) Start Date: 9/1/26Full-Time, 10-MonthCato-Meridian Central School District is seeking a NYS-certified School Psychologist to serve students in grades 7–12 within a junior/senior high school of approximately 350 students. The School Psychologist supports academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs through assessment, counseling, consultation, and collaboration with staff and families.Responsibilities Include:Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and prepare written reportsParticipate in CSE/504 meetings and support IEP developmentProvide individual and small-group counseling servicesConsult with staff and families on behavioral and academic interventionsSupport MTSS/RTI, behavior intervention plans, and crisis responseCollaborate with outside agencies as appropriateQualifications:NYS Certification as a School Psychologist requiredMaster’s Degree or higher in School PsychologyKnowledge of NYSED regulations and special education lawStrong communication and collaboration skillsSecondary-level experience preferredSalary/Benefits: Per Cato-Meridian Central School District contract.
