Responsibilities (Illustrative Only) Assist in facilitating all daily school operations to ensure an efficient and effective learning environment. Support the implementation of a Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum through collaborative teacher teams to ensure high levels of learning for all students. Foster and sustain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all students and staff. Help Guide and support student behavior management systems, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of consistent behavioral expectations and interventions. Collaborate as an active member of the District leadership team to support district-wide goals and initiatives. Aid in Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with families and the broader community. Coordinate and deliver targeted, high-quality professional development to support staff growth and student achievement. Qualifications NYS School Building Administrator Certification Successful building or district level experience. Demonstrated success as a leader with a focus on learning, building a collaborative culture, and attaining results.
