The Cortland Enlarged City School District is currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as a School Psychologist.ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological examinations of referred students. Interpret diagnoses to school personnel, other concerned professionals, parents and students.Serve as a resource specialist for school personnel in the areas of invention, crisis management and student services and support.Provide support to the building principal in dealing with serious and disruptive student behavioral issues.Participate in case conferences for students as requested.Serve as Chairperson for the Committee on Special Education (CSE)Conduct 504 meetings for new referrals and annual reviews.QualificationsMasters Degree in School Psychology or EquivalentAppropriate NYS Certification
