School PsychologistResponsibilities Conduct psychological examinations of referred students. Interpret diagnoses to school personnel, other concerned professionals, parents and students. Serve as Chairperson for the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) and the Committee on Special Education (CSE) Serve as a resource specialist for school personnel in the areas of invention, crisis management and student services and support. Provide support to the building principal in dealing with serious and disruptive student behavioral issues. Participate in case conferences for students as requested. Conduct 504 meetings for new referrals and annual reviews. Qualifications Masters Degree in School Psychology or Equivalent Appropriate NYS Certification Belief that all student can learn at high levels
