School Bus Monitors job duties and requirements incude but not limited to the following:Ride on bus and maintains order on the bus and makes certain the passengers are seat while the bus is in motion.Assist disabled or special needs students to get on and off the bus and seat or places students in the correct seat.Operates a lift to load and unload disabled student passengers and secures the restraints and devices on wheelchair locks and or harness.Assist students in disengaging safety restraints prior to leaving the bus.Maintains a daily log of problems encountered and actions takenHelps students off the bus and assists student across streets safely.Assists students and drivers as neededMust be able to pull 120 lbs. and pass a physical.Subject to fingerprinting requirements. $18.90 per hour
