Position: Director of Enrichment and Intervention Job Description: Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction the successful candidate will design and coordinate the implementation of a comprehensive and cohesive enrichment and intervention programs that support student achievement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ·Collaborate with all district stakeholders to establish and maintain an effective Multi-Tiered System of Supports, as well as supports that enrich student learningProvide leadership and guidance through data analysis and coaching to ensure programs are culturally responsive and implemented with fidelity Establish practices and protocols that monitors the programs effectiveness and ensure accountability for all stakeholdersTake a vested interest in staying abreast of new materials, current research trends, techniques and ideas through reading professional materials and attendance at seminars, conferences within and outside the districtEffectively complete other duties as assigned Applicants Must Have the Ability To:Presume competence of all students by demonstrating an equity lens in all aspects of the duties and responsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and report data (verbal and written)Collaborate and communicate with all staff membersBe flexible, innovative, and patient Demonstrate regular and consistent attendanceApply organizational, critical, and analytical skills
