Are you passionate about football? Corinth Central School District has openings for an Assistant Football Coach at both the JV and Modified level. In this role, you will work alongside our head coach to develop and implement training programs, strategies, and game plans to help our players reach their full potential. Responsibilities includeAssist the head coach in developing practice plans and game strategies.Help conduct training sessions and drills to improve player skills and techniques.Provide mentorship and support to student-athletesCommunicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff to maintain a positive team environment.RequirementsMust be able to meet NYS coaching requirements: fingerprint clearance, First Aid, CPR/AED certification, Child Abuse, School Violence and DASA trainingPrevious coaching experienceStrong understanding of football fundamentals and strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
