LOCATION: Career & Technical Education – Adult Health Careers ProgramBASIC FUNCTION:Duties include providing differentiated, direct instruction and remediation for Adult Health Career students learning basic Mathematics to Algebra equations. QUALIFICATIONS:Must have a valid NYS teaching certificate in MathematicsExperience in teaching Algebra preferred.Experience working with students in need of remediation.The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001. RESPONSIBILITIES:Curriculum instruction, supervision and evaluation of students in need of remediation.Students will require content and skills that will assist them in being successful throughout their health career.SALARY: $48.81 per hour (up to 100 hours)
