LOCATION: Career & Technical Education – Albany & Schoharie CampusesBASIC FUNCTION: Enforcement of previously introduced skills and implementation of daily classroom routines. QUALIFICATIONS:NYS teaching certification in Mathematics 7-12.Some experience with Special Education students ideal.Willingness and ability to embrace new challenges and ideas and to work as an integral part of a team.The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001. RESPONSIBILITIES:To teach mathematics in a Career & Technical and Special Education high school setting.The successful candidate will work as part of a team of educators to teach integrated science activities in the career & technical and special education programs using the co-teaching model set forth by the NYS and BOCES services.Salary dependent upon step of current contract prorated to amount of service rendered
