The successful candidate will demonstrate strong command of:collaborative leadership skillscommunication and interpersonal skills a knowledge of best practices in elementary instructional areas and age-appropriate academic and behavioral interventionsIn addition, the successful candidate will be able to perform the following functions with a high degree of competency:Support the District’s vision, mission, and goals as they align with student achievement and successOversee daily school operations Conduct classroom observations and provide teacher feedback Support and deliver professional development for teachers and staffUtilize data to drive instructional decisions Foster a positive, inclusive school culture Build upon school, district, and community relationships All applicants must possess appropriate NYS administrative certification and have a minimum of 5 years successful experience in grades K through 6.
