Primary duties include monitoring student behavior to ensure safety and positive social interactions, facilitating age-appropriate games and activities, and intervening promptly to prevent or address unsafe or inappropriate conduct. The aide ensures students follow school playground rules, reports any incidents or injuries to appropriate staff, and maintains a visible and active presence throughout the assigned area.
