This position provides an opportunity to work closely with students who require individualized support while fostering a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, engagement, and success.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IEPs aligned with district goals, adapting curriculum and instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Collaborate with staff and families to support student growth, monitor progress, and adjust instruction accordingly. Foster an inclusive, engaging classroom environment that promotes SEL, positive behavior, and student self-advocacy. Use multi-sensory, research-based strategies to enhance literacy, comprehension, and writing skills.
