The position will assign and oversee the work of all school maintenance personnel and outside contractors doing repairs on the buildings. Supervise and review work of custodians, maintenance mechanics and grounds keepers; assist all departments as needed. Maintain all supply and equipment records for the department and order custodial/maintenance/grounds supplies as needed. Make frequent inspections of school buildings to determine the maintenance needs. Assist with the Building and Grounds annual budget development and participate in the district's Health and Safety Committee.
