Manages & oversees the collection, organization and maintenance of data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and security for platforms and other software within the Curriculum & Instruction department that provides access to reports/functions to all teachers and administrators. Conducts data audits and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors. Analyzes data trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations. Runs reports as part of regular school and district functioning but also to uncover discrepancies in data input. Standardizes forms and computerize manual records Assists in the development and implementation of data-related policies, procedures and best practices Provides input on database programs to be utilized. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or comparable degree and three (3) years of paid work experience involving training users in software applications, designing and maintaining databases and creating a variety of computerized reports through the analysis and organization of data. or 2. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or comparable degree and one (1) year of paid work experience involving training users in software applications, designing and maintaining databases and creating a variety of computerized reports through the analysis and organization of data.
