Qualified candidates must have experience implementing strategies derived from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a school setting. Applicants should have approximately 2 years of prior behavioral consultation experience working with staff supporting students with behavioral needs across ages and abilities, including students in a general education environment. Candidates must have training and experience in crisis intervention, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, and creating Behavior Intervention Plans. Applicants who hold certification and/or licensure as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) or applicants who are working towards such are preferred. Individual must have certification or licensure as a special education teacher, speech and language disabilities teacher, or psychologist.
