The coach is responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the team. Including but not limited to: Organizing and running practices six days a week (including school vacations), organizing out of season learning/training experiences, attending required meetings and enforcing district athletic policies.In addition: JV coaches will work cooperatively with the Varsity coach for assisting at games/contests, scouting, scheduling, coaches meetings, film and other assignments needed for the program.Candidates must meet NYS Education Department coaching requirements or be willing to take the required coaching courses.
