Responsibilities of the Principal of Charlotte Valley Central School:- Lead the instructional programming, curriculum development and implementation, and professional development- Supervising students with good judgement, consistency, fairness, and accountability in order to model positive citizenship- Maintaining a positive, safe learning environment for every student to thrive - Supervising and leading school personnel effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with all federal, state, and education regulations. - Collaborate regularly, positively, and truthfully with district parents, community members, teachers, staff, and community organizations- Maintaining school records and preparing all reports - Exhibit a commitment to leadership assisting the professional growth of all individuals- Commitment to the district by being actively engaged in student events inside and outside the regular school day- Develop and maintain building level budgets with accuracy and fiscal responsibilityBackground and Qualifications:NYS School Leadership Certification; SBL/SDL Minimum five years teaching experienceSalary: Commensurate with experience and qualificationsApplication Submission: Please send letter of interest, application, resume, transcripts, certifications, and 3 letters of reference on OLAS or to: Eric C.
